Thank you to Fox 35 for including us in the story “Delta 8 THC Billed as ‘Legal’ Marijuana”!!!!

In this report Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd took a question about Delta 8 as an opportunity to say “I told you so” about legalizing medical marijuana.  He then assured the reporter that Delta 8 THC was unsafe without giving any proof.  Speculating that someone using D8 would get behind the wheel of a car…. he offered no proof of this being unsafe. Nor did he compare or bring up the legality of alcohol and how unsafe drunk driving is…
