As a yoga teacher, I understand the significance of building a strong foundation in yoga. I specialize in teaching the fundamental principles, alignment, and techniques that form the backbone of a successful yoga practice. With my guidance, you will learn the proper alignment of basic poses, the importance of breath control, and how to cultivate mindfulness in your practice, while also helping you to Build a personal connection with Ganja.

Ganja Yoga offers a unique opportunity to explore the synergy between yoga and cannabis, creating a sacred space for relaxation, introspection, and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a cannabis enthusiast, or someone seeking a herbal approach to wellness, Experiences like these help us grow , keep us grounded, and allow us to connect with our community.
In our sessions, we’ll combine yoga with the therapeutic properties of cannabis to help you find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to yourself. We’ll begin with a mindful consumption of cannabis, or other cannabinoids (Only if you Desire), allowing you to tap into its calming and introspective effects. Then, we’ll flow through a series of gentle and accessible yoga poses, designed to enhance your physical and mental experience. Throughout our practice, I will provide guidance on breathwork, alignment, and mindfulness, helping you to fully embrace the present moment. Please come to class with an open heart and an open mind. Our sessions are judgment-free zones where you can explore, experiment, and evolve. I encourage questions, self-expression, and self-discovery, as we embark on this journey together.
