Florida’s cannabis market just had its biggest month ever—and the numbers reveal something state lawmakers can no longer pretend is a niche issue.
Florida’s licensed medical marijuana dispensaries generated $198,209,750 in sales during July 2026, establishing a new monthly record.
That was approximately $18.5 million more than the previous record, set in April, and nearly $37.8 million above June’s total. Through the first seven months of 2026, Florida medical marijuana sales have reached approximately $1.19 billion.
In other words, Floridians are purchasing cannabis at a pace that could push the medical market beyond $2 billion this year.
