What Happened to the Mushrooms, Man?

We have good news!

You want to know what happened to the mushroom, man? Well… we will tell ya! The “magic” mushroom is back in a whole new way!

The reason they put a stop sale on us was because we were influncing people to consume this mushroom. We have learned our leason and we are now providing Amanita Muscaria “Magic” Mushrooms for education purposes only.

We have some very unfortunate news to share with you all!

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services paid us a little visit last Wednesday, December 7th, and placed a stop sale on all of our products containing Amanita Muscaria mushrooms.

Which means we will no longer be able to provide you with the Legal Magic Mushroom products!

This is obviously very disappointing, and we are saddened by State of Florida Government’s decision to prevent us from further providing you with a product you have all come to enjoy and benefit from.
For full transparency’s sake, we must admit that this is our fault. Throughout our recent media coverage, we have been utilizing language that: encourages individuals to consume the mushroom, instructs individuals that consuming this mushroom is safe, and reports that the results of consuming this mushroom are a psychedelic experience. The reason for the stop sale provided by the State of Florida is because we have been telling everyone to consume it. Because of this, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has considered the Amanita Muscaria as a food, they have inspected it and for reasons which they have not disclosed (assumably because of the psychedelic properties), they have deemed any food product containing Amanita mushrooms a poison.

To be clear, the Amanita Muscaria mushroom is still legal in the State of Florida and can still be possessed and sold. However, it may not be sold as a consumable food product, and (as stated above) we have been involved in numerous press releases telling people to consume this mushroom. Due to this, unfortunately, for the foreseeable future, selling Amanitas is not something we will be able to do.

However, this entire experience has been instrumental in demonstrating how deep our society’s need is for education regarding this mushroom, and psychedelic substances as a whole.

We are happy to announce we are currently in development of an online education platform that will not only educate the public on psychedelics, but also garner a community of individuals who believe in the de-stigmatization of the use of psychedelics. This platform will be called learnEuphoria and will be dedicated to spreading the truth about psychedelics and ending the stigmas haunting these substances. We will eventually be able to offer the Amanita Muscaria mushroom through this platform too… for educational and spiritual/religious purposes only!

Once again, we want to apologize for the inconvenience. We will be updating the public as soon as we can with more on the learnEuphoria platform, and how you can get involved!

Thank you for your continued patronage and support.

I’m sad to hear this but not surprised. Please let me know how I can help bring education and awareness to these life saving fungi.

Was just logging on to place an order. Really hate to hear this. Your product has assisted me in handling/addressing some PTSD issues. Products were phenomenal, as was the staff.

This really sucks. I suffer from ptsd and depression and in 6 years I finally found something that really worked. I am almost ready to Vaca in Colorado or pick some local to get the help I need. This is big pharma and brother interfering in obvious help that many need.

Once Florida figures out a way to profit, aka tax, psychedelic mushrooms the laws will change. It’s a tragedy that fear, ignorance and greed make it nearly impossible to buy a naturally grown product that has so many health and pleasure benefits. I’m a Journalist, contact me if you’d like help spreading the word of your new venture!
